MacGregor secures full rights to TTS hatch cover and RoRo products and services

Following the acquisition of the marine and offshore business of TTS Group ASA in July 2019, MacGregor entered into a two year hold-separate period with the former TTS joint ventures in China. 

MacGregor has now secured full rights to the hatch cover and RoRo products and services promoted under the TTS brand following an agreement to separate from the former TTS joint venture partner CSSC Huahai Marine Equipment Co., Ltd.
